Your Visit and Covid 19

We have considered carefully how to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible during this period of COVID-19. We use full PPE to clean, sanitize and prepare the apartment for your stay, and we are accredited for cleaning protocols through the ASSC and Air BNB.

 

Contactless Check-in

To help maintain social distancing check in and check out is contactless. There is a key safe by the door and the code will be sent to you prior to your visit. We are, however, available during your stay if you have any queries.

 

Cleaning Protocol

 

All touch points (doors, handles, drawers etc.) are sprayed with a sanitiser to EU EN 1276 standard after cleaning.

 

All cutlery, crockery, pots and pans are put through the dishwasher after each guest has left.  Bulky items (slow cooker etc) are sanitised with food standard spray, again EN 1276 compliant.

The soft furnishings are steam cleaned and all hard surfaces are washed where possible.  

​

In addition we have obtained an extra set of pillows, and a duvet so that these items are sealed away and unused for the week prior to your arrival.  As well as clean linen we also change and wash the pillow and mattress protectors between each guest.

 

We have reduced the amount of crockery, soft furnishings, books, DVD’s. If you find that you need something – for example a map of the area, please do not hesitate to ask, and we will endeavour to help.

We have added the use of hand sanitizer in the entrance hall, which we would ask that you use on your return to the apartment.
